Shipping policy

This policy applies to sauna kits, heaters and other products shipped from inlandsauna.com. Custom builds and installation projects are scheduled under the terms of their own contract or proposal.

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship across Canada and to the continental United States (the lower 48 states). We do not currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Homecraft heaters ship within Canada only. Sauna Air Nordic Elegance units ship directly from Estonia to Canadian and US addresses.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the products in your order. Shipping rates can change at any time without notice; the rate shown at checkout when you place your order is the rate you pay. Some remote and northern addresses are quoted after the order is placed.

DELIVERY TIMES

Most kits arrive within two to three weeks of your order. We confirm your delivery window when your order is placed. Lead times for Nordic Elegance units are confirmed at the time of order.

DELIVERY

Residential deliveries are curbside, with liftgate service and advance notice from the carrier. Please have a clear, level spot near the driveway for the crate. Inspect your shipment before signing for it, as described in our Refund policy.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Unless otherwise stated in your order or quote, we cover all duties and customs brokerage fees. Applicable sales taxes are shown at checkout.
