Three seats, full headroom, a compact footprint
The E6 is the shortest barrel in SaunaLife's Ergo Series, and it keeps the full comfort of the larger models. Its large 81-inch diameter delivers a 6'5" interior height, so you walk in upright and sit back against a wide, arched backrest with real lumbar support.
Three bathers fit on curved, knot-free Thermo-Aspen benches inside a 59-inch-long shell of 1.65" Thermo-Spruce. It suits a smaller yard, deck corner or cabin lot where you still want a proper Finnish-style sweat.

Made for a lifetime outdoors
SaunaLife rates Thermo-Spruce to last up to twice as long as cedar. Every Ergo barrel starts with industry-leading 1.65" full-length staves that wrap the sauna and give it excellent thermal resistance (R-value). The wood is chemical-free, eco-friendly and dimensionally stable, which is why SaunaLife even builds showers from it.
Thickness carries through to the seating. Benches and backrests are Thermo-Aspen, 1.1" thick and 3-1/2" wide, nearly 50% thicker than most.

Built to handle water, inside and out
The design is simple to install and packed with barrel-sauna engineering. Stainless steel bands 1-7/8" wide and 1/8" thick compress the heavy staves into a tight shell. A watertight DIY shingle kit with side-mounted drip edges manages rainwater, a must for any barrel sauna.
Inside, dual floor drains mean you can splash freely. One sits under the heater, right where you toss water on the stones, and the second is by the door where cold-plunge or pool water collects. If the barrel ever shifts out of level, the second drain still has you covered.

Golden spruce, silky aspen
SaunaLife sources high-quality Nordic Spruce and thermally treats it to a rich golden colour that brings out its grain and rustic tight-knot charm. Inside, the ergonomic benches and backrests are grade-A Thermo-Aspen, smooth, rich in colour and free of knots. A bottle of paraffin oil, a natural wax, comes with the kit to enrich and preserve the interior.
The Model E6 is designed by SaunaLife and precision-crafted in Northern Europe, where sauna bathing is part of everyday life.

Does the E6 come with a heater?
No. The heater is chosen separately using the options above Add to cart. Inland will help you size the heater to the room, and all electrical work must be done by a licensed electrician.
How hard is it to assemble?
SaunaLife engineered the E6 for simple DIY installation: two people can assemble it in one day. The installation manual is linked above so you can review every step before you order.
Prefer help? Inland offers installation in the Okanagan, Calgary and Edmonton.
How does it stand up to rain and snow?
The kit includes a black shingle roof kit with drip edges for rainwater management, and the 1.65" Thermo-Spruce staves give strong thermal resistance. SaunaLife chose Thermo-Spruce because it is dimensionally stable and suited to outdoor saunas.
Where do you ship, and can I talk it through first?
Kits ship across Canada and the US. Book a free design call by phone or video at (888) 715-7999 or through our contact page. Canadian buyers can also pay over time with PayPlan by RBC.
