Full-spectrum infrared for 3 to 4
The FD-3 is a 3 to 4 person full-spectrum infrared sauna for indoor use. Long-wave Spectrum Carbon 360 panels and UL listed short-wave Spectrum Plus heaters are placed for full-body coverage, and the cabin reaches 170 F in under an hour.
The interior is Western red cedar and the exterior Thermal Plus aspen, in a double-walled build with non-toxic wool insulation, an 8mm tempered glass door and red-light ceiling lighting.

Western red cedar inside, warp-resistant Thermal Plus aspen outside, double walls with wool insulation and an ergonomic backrest.
Light, sound and control
A touchscreen controller with Bluetooth drives 6 in. HiFi speakers, and near-infrared ceiling lights add red light therapy.
